cpbrofile is your Joomla menu item Alias. It can be whatever you like. userprofile is the view of the component and can not be changed. testuser is the users username and can not be changed. What you're wanting can not be done in this type of environment. What happens when a users username matches a menu item alias or a component name? It just doesn't work in Joomla. You can try and force it with a 3rd party SEF extension, but your results may not be very good.
