In Cb 1.9.1 using Div the field names show up in the profile in bold font when i use tables the names are not in bold. When i use Div in 2.0 the field names are not in bold and when i use tables the field names are in bold.

i want to use Div in 2.0 but the bold font is very helpful. is there a way to make the Div field names bold?

You'll need to add CSS to make them bold. The label styling is done to follow UX standards (smaller than value and grayed).

Typically you add it to your Joomla template CSS file as it's least likely to change often so you won't lose your changes. Right click the field labels and click Inspect Element to review its CSS classes and IDs, which you can use as your CSS selector for styling it.
