Actually I should have figured this out earlier from your error post.

modules\mod_pro_complete\mod_pro_complete.php(


It is your Profile completeness module - I unpublished it and your profiles are back.

You need to debug with the developer of this module.

Ah! Duh... totally forgot about that... I replaced that with CB Progress Field on my other sites, but didn't get that far on this one before the error hit. Thanks for the help!
