I want to install CB language plugin, but I did not find where to download it , can you tell me where it is ?

CB 1.9.1 language plugins can be tracked down here:

www.joomlapolis.com/cb-solutions/languages

CB 2.0 have not been packaged yet.

French.

I wish that plugins installed display eg label in French.
I installed the plugin French language, but it is not seen by default.
IN the plugin by default and I can not change it
