Hi,

Upgraded to cb 2.0, installed bootstrap template.

I read about templates for user-profile page. Where can I download files for that and how to accomplish restyling of user-profile-page in front-end?

You do not need to install the CB Bootstrap template as it is part of the CB default template in CB 2.0.
