How do I hide the "cbUserListResultCount" I know I can do it with CSS, but isn't there a more clever way of doing it inside CB?

You hide it with CSS still or modify the template PHP file. We're avoiding adding design based parameters as it massively bloats the configuration.

Ok, I see good point I think, this CSS in my template.css made it hide it
.cbUserListResultCount {display: none;}
I guess I could put it in an auto action if I wanted to as well.

You could put in a CB Auto Action or add to your Joomla template CSS file. We'll eventually have frontend template overrides to make design adjustments like this easier.
