There was a extra character in your public_html/administrator/.htaccess file, which I have removed and now the administrator page is accessible requesting for a login.
Is this some kind of try to hack in, or what? :O

No idea - CB does not touch htaccess files.

How can you be sure it happened just after CB?

DO you have a backup before you started the CB upgrade that shows your htaccess file in a previous state?

Ask your host to investigate your access logs to see whet process actually changed this file and when.

many things happen yesterday, among them everyone was banned from logging in on front end. After reading logs i found out together with technicians that the problem was "Rantispam" and I uninstalled it, upgraded to CB 2.0. 1 and upgraded Extrawatch, restarted and then i worked ok again. Thanks for all good advice Nick! :-D
