Hi,

To be more precise than only what is in the title. I need to create a menu with a user list of the whole site and another completely different menu with the dating database ie they both have different links...

What's stopping you?

Just create a new Joomla menu of type Community Builder -> Userlist and set List ID parameter of the menu to the id of the userlist you want.
