Your issue is due to the below CSS coming from your Joomla template.

IN: templates/eurogiro12/css/template.css
ON: Line 2232

Code:

#login-form #modlgn-username,
#login-form #modlgn-passwd {
    width: 95%;
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0;
}

The 95% width is specifically the case of your issue.

Brilliant thanks alot, now is there a way to move the remember me to appear on the line below the login boxes?

You can add the below CSS to make it block display.

}

Suggest trying various CSS styling until it meets your needs. You shouldn't have to modify any files, but if you do be sure to read up on Joomla layout overrides as our modules support them.
