1.render cb fields into module positions

If the module properly uses Joomlas content plugin API it should work fine. Aside from that, no it's not going to be designed specifically for modules. We have a module that does this already (see CB Content Module).

2.rendering without any "{" , "}" or "cb" printed around rendered variable.

No, that could cause conflicts. {cb: CONTENT HERE } is used to specifically pass that content through the parsing. You could surround your entire article with it if you wanted, but I don't suggest that.
