I followed what you have recommended me , but that changed nothing.
I use " uddeIM 3.4" , messages are sent correctly but a blank page is displayed after the shipment.
I looked into the plugin "Private Message System" but I have found that " uddeIM 1.0 and 2.0+ or better " in the settings, is that correct ?

As you're on CB 1.x I have no idea if the latest UddeIM will even work with CB 1.x. You probably need an older version of UddeIM. At some point you need to decide to upgrade as your install falls further and further behind. You need to also ensure you didn't enable the Private Message System in addition to the CB plugin provided by UddeIM as having both enabled will cause them to conflict.

Versions were in line when buying the 1.9.1 version ( I also decided to buy your products under different conditions, including this one) but it never worked correctly , but the messages are sent after sending the return displays a blank page .
You had mentioned a memory problems , but it changed nothing.

I don't know why quick message isn't working on CB 1.x. We don't maintain CB 1.x anymore. It's working fine in CB 2.x. To debug the blank page enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Next attempt to send a quick message and see if any errors output. If none check your server error log to see if any errors were logged. Your alternative is upgrade to CB 2.x and see if the issue persists for you; if it does we can investigate further, but it's working fine in my CB 2.x tests.
