Strange, I went to the CB Packager to download & install 2.0 as you recommended, however it isn't available in the packager options!

The latest component option is 1.9.1 (latest)

I wanted to be able to package the latest versions of all the plugins and modules used also.

I went to install 2.0.3 from the Joomlapolis home page link, but then realized I am unable to bundle any plugins/modules without selecting a component option (which is 1.9.1).

Can you suggest a way around this?

CB Packager currently only supports CB 1.9.1.

This will remain as is until all our add-ons are CB 2.0 compatible:
www.joomlapolis.com/cb-20-addon-status

and until we migrate to our new website.

You need to install CB 2.0 and then manually download and install CB 2.0 compatible add-ons that you need.

Recommendation: only install what you need.

I've installed 2.0 and CB has completely fallen over! I can't install any compatible add-ons as I can't access Plugin Management. Not sure where to go from here...

You need to install CB 2.0.3 nightly build found below.

www.joomlapolis.com/downloads/doc_details/640-community-builder-nightly-build

The only error I see is from GroupJive, but that shouldn't be a problem for CB 2.0.3. Your other issues are just strict standard warnings from out of date plugins. The missing defines also shouldn't be an issue if your CB 2.0.3 install was complete as looks like you still have CB 1.x login module. Ensure you're installing the entire package (do not unzip it).

I don't know why I would still have CB 1.x login module as I thought I had installed the entire CB2.0.3 package... pkg_communitybuilder_2.0.3+0fa8eb7e7.zip

I have tried reinstalling the package from the link you provided, however I'm still experiencing the same error logs and can't access CB from the backend. Should I have reverted to the old 1.9 before trying to reinstall?

I've no idea what happened to your install. Did you install 1.x over 2.x? You may want to revert to a backup, disable all non-core CB plugins, then install CB 2.x to minimize possible conflicts.
