Following up here - what you are seeing in the browser header is actually the Joomla menu name for your Community Builder profile menu item.

So this is not a bug of language file.

yes nick you are right.

but if i change it to for example to "email" then in the sending page i will have indeed "email" but the "email" broswer heading will be continue to be displayed in the profile page of the user.

i am wondering why in the user profile i have his name to be displayed and when i enter the page to send email it becomes "CB_PROFILE"

The page title is your Joomla menu item title to your CB profile page. I am guessing the title for said menu item is "CB Profile". Next release will set the title to a language string.

The title in backend is "CB_PROFILE"

in frontend when i am my page is displayd properly "myname" and when i am in other profil too "username".

when i enter the mail sending page is displayed "CB_PROFLIE"

CB is not setting the page title for that page. This results in Joomla doing it internally. CB can not translate it when it's Joomla doing it. You'd need to add your translation to Joomlas language strings. In 2.0.3 a title is being set that can be translated.
