Upgrade to Community Builder 2.0.2 and CB ProfileBook compatibility

9 years 11 months ago #252890 by pasquale1980
Sorry, I propose here the problem that I had exhibited in the wrong topic.
After I have installed CB 2.0.2, appears the message "Library Uninstall: Manifest file invalid or not found." and in the menù of Joomla I find double items "Community Builder" and "GroupJive" (see screenshot). I searched in the web but I not understand the problem? But everything works perfectly.
Since I wanted to permanently switch to CB 2.0.2 with my site live, when CB Profile Book is made fully compatible? Now there are problems, the rating does not work (the stars are not shown), the same the profile picture (eg. Shows: 459_5456a7cf3806e.jpg)

Thanks.

Not sure what caused that. Does this happen every time you install CB 2.x?

and in the menù of Joomla I find double items "Community Builder" and "GroupJive" (see screenshot).

You just have 2 CB Admin modules in the same location. Navigate to Extensions > Module Manager and filter it to Administrator modules then delete one of CB admin modules in the menu position.

CB ProfileBook has not been upgraded yet. It has known issues we'll be fixing in its upgrade release.

Does installing 2.0.2 over 2.0.2 cause that same message or is it just a one time occurrence? Please note you should be installing the entire CB 2.0 file as downloaded. It is not to be unpacked and installed individually.

The message appears only if I upgrade CB 1.9.1 to a higher version. From 2.0 to CB CB 2.0.1 / 2.0.2 / 2.0.3 nothing appears.

Ok, I believe it's safe to ignore then as long as you're not noticing any issues. I'm unsure why Joomla would throw that message though.
