it's strange I use the 3.0.13 version that will be compatible.

Even disabling cb_conditional it's still like and of course all my conditions disappear.

CB Conditional is not compatible. It has not been upgraded yet. It received a minor build release with CB 2.0 version marked in XML to help with some more serious errors, but it is not bug free. I am currently upgrading CB Conditional for CB 2.0 (complete rewrite) and should be out by end of this or next week (this is a holiday week, please expect slow downs).

Please make sure that your Community Builder -> Configuration -> User Profile tab has the Template Output parameter set to Divs.
