Have reviewed your install and the access as well as the trigger were set incorrectly. I've set the trigger to the correct onBeforeLoginFormDisplay and set access to Everybody. It's now working fine.

Well thank you, I am glad it works now...don't really understand from where the mistake was, as I made several test with different triggers. Obviously not the right one.
