Hi,
I have the CB Workflow Module and it displays one user approval, as requirimg approval. When we use the hyperlink and navigate to the Workflow, there are no outstanding user approvals.
I assume that at some point one of the admins / moderators has approved a user on the back end. But no matter what I try it is consistently displaying one user approval outstanding.
Is there some way to clear the notification?
What steps would I use to review the users?
I have gone to the CB Users on the admin backend, and have confirmed that all users are approved or rejected, I can't see any pending.
