Hi,
for my german site, I would like to have the time format dd.mm.yyyy hh:mm
in cb configuration it is, but not in CB Last Views 2.0.0
Thanks in Advance.
CB Last Views has not been upgraded for CB 2.0 and is not using the format parameters.

It's a quickfix release to make it function again. It is not a upgrade release. Upgrade releases use new API. The quickfix releases use exactly the same code they had before except fixing any fatal bugs caused by CB 2.x changes.
However, for your issue specifically that plugin uses its own datetime formatting variable that you can find by editing the "Last Visitors" tab and adjusting "How would you like the date displayed?" as needed under Parameters tab.
