Please note that only CB 1.9.1 is currently supported by this packager page. If you have upgraded to CB 2.0+ you should manually download and install your CB 2.0 compatible add-ons.

I am guessing that all you need to do is install CB 2.0.3 again to get back your CB backend.

1.There is no uninstall instruction anywhere and not in the manual. Any uninstall instucitons?

2. How can I uninstall CB add-on, CB package or CB so that I do not have a blank screen at backend of CB?

3.Or do I just install each Extension, module, plug-in of each zip files again?

Removing (uninstalling) Joomla elements is managed by Joomla.
Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Manage
and then select the element(s) you want to remove and click on the Uninstall button.

But in your case (trying to downgrade CB 2.0+ to CB 1.9.1), you really just need to reinstall the CB 2.0.3 package from your Joomla Extension manager (as instructed before).

You just need to reinstall CB 2.0.3 as mentioned before.

Once you install CB 2.0.3, you can look at this article and compare which add-ons you have already and upgrade one by one to the latest CB 2.0 compatible version:
