[SOLVED] Losing Sidebar menu with GJ

Hello,

I have created 2 GJ items in a sidebar menu.

The first one is Panel created from GJ backend.
The second one is an external url to access directly to invitations (index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=pluginclass&plugin=cbgroupjive&action=panel&func=joined)

I set up and crosschecked template style and module assignation, all seems ok.

But, when I click on tje provided sublinks (category, or invited) any of those 2 items, I lose the structure and the sidebar menu...

Is this normal? How can I fix this ?

GroupJive by default will use the Itemid of the CB profile menu link. It does this to help performance. If you want it to use its own Itemid or you want to force an Itemid you need to adjust the Dynamic ID parameter or set the Item ID within GJ > Config > General > Global.

well that is what I already did but Dynamic ID does not have any effect.
And by just entering the Element's ID & switching off (or on) Dynamic ID does not work neither...

I am stuck !

You need to have an Internal Joomla menu item to GroupJive. External menu items don't have an Itemid. Ensure you used GJ > Menu to generate your menu item.

I think you did not understand my issue.

For ex, I have created a link to "Panel" from GJ backend. Then from my sidebar menu when I click to Panel I am proposed several sublinks (category, groups, etc..) When I click on any of these sublinks, I am losing the sidebar menu...

Dynamic ID is on...

Why is it not working?

See above AND second issue is when I want to create a specific link by inserting to external url "func=invites" I am losing the complete structure....
