If you're using the GroupJive menu as a module then you need to make sure the module is assigned to every page or to the menu item in respect to the Itemid GroupJive is using. Again, you can not use External menu items and have module assignment; it has to be an Internal menu item, which you can generate from GJ > Menu. If one doesn't exist for the page you're wanting then you can't have what you're wanting. Aside from that I don't understand your issue; please provide screenshots of the problem.

Modules assignment is entirely based off Itemid. If you assign a module to Menu A with an Itemid of 20 then you navigate to Menu B with an Itemid of 21 then your module will not display. So you've an Itemid issue. The only way to see what menu it's using is ensure SEF is disabled entirely then navigate through your pages, see what the Itemid changes to, and find the Joomla menu item associated with that id.

If you've GJ set to use Dynamic ID it'll look for a relevant menu item for the page you're navigating to and use the Itemid for it; otherwise it just falls back to CB profile menu item. You can however shut off Dynamic ID and set the Item ID within GJ > Config > Global > General to force it to whatever Itemid you want. The alternative is to leave Dynamic ID enabled and generate internal menu items from GJ > Menu.

Well, I am following your steps but it is not working...

Maybe the problem is coming from the fact that I am creating 2 panels for each of the ACL?!
As I see that the ACL2 panel is pointing to items belonging of ACL 1 menu...
