[SOLVED] Profile views based on User was created by pipermac
Is it possible from the front end if a Super user views a user profile it displays all information but for anyone else it is limited to what has been configured on the back end to display?

thanks!

OK..I found the way but it does not seem to be working Correctly

I put a condition on a field as so that if the access level is "Public" the field will be hidden from Profile view. This Works for public views but I am logged in as a super user and it is still hidden.

ARgh....I guess I misunderstood what the "View Access Levels" Condition meant. It is not related to the View Access of the Logged in user!!

So now I am back to my original Question:

When viewing Front end Profiles I want to restrict certain fields being displayed based on if the viewer is Public/Registered/super User.

Can this be done and if so how?

CB Conditionals is designed to always condition against the profile owner. The only exception being Custom > Value where you can supply a substitution for the viewing user. For what you're wanting you'll want to use CB Privacy and its forced privacy feature as CB Privacy by design is always against the viewing user.
