I'm unable to confirm your issue. It appears to be installing fine on multiple test installs. The error you're seeing is generally from PHP copy function failing to copy a file. This is typically due to permission problems. Please use FTP and check the permissions of the following folders.
Ensure read and write permission is allowed (believe this is typically 755). If issue persists enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration and try again to see if any errors are output.

i'm in local (windows) so I don't think it's a permission issue..anyway I just tried with the joomla debugger on and the installation works..
I solved but i don't know why.
