How can i create a CB template?

also: the old bootstrap template is now in CB2 as free default template or what?

Nick has created a tutorial for template override usage, which includes an example override template. Please see the below link.

The default template is already Bootstrap 3 and we'll continue to update its Bootstrap usage as Bootstrap releases are made. You do not need CB Bootstrap and it should've been uninstalled when installing CB 2.x.
