CBSubs doesn't seem to respect Joomla "Change Login Name" parameter

CBSubs 1.9.1 and Joomla 3.3.8

I want to prohibit users from changing their login names, and indeed there's a Joomla User Configuration parameter to do this. The CBSubs Edit Profile form doesn't respect this paramters and always allows users to change their login name.

Is there a way to change this, allowing users to change passwords and other info but not login name? Thanks.

Community Builder has always had the Configuration -> User Profile tab: Username parameter to control this (even before Joomla had it).

Please configure this for your installation.
