Hi

I am trying to register as a customer on the site but I get this error message when I click on 'send' after I have filled out the registration form:
"User not Super Administrator"

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I'm not finding the string "User not Super Administrator" or anything like it. Try disabling 3rd party System and User extensions within Extensions > Plugin Manager and see if that resolves it.

Not quite sure which ones you meant so I disabled one and one and tried to register a new user, but I deactivated the wrong one so I cant log in to joomla anymore.
Do you by any chance know what I coding I can change via the FTP to get in again and reactivate the plugin? I think it was the System log in one. Didnt know that it was THE login for joomla. Thought thats what might be crashing with CBs.

Thanks!

You need to re-enable the Joomla plugin using phpmyadmin on the _extensions database table if you can't reach backend. You only need to enable/disable 3rd party extensions. These are extensions you've installed and did not come with Joomla.

Hello again,

Happy New Year! :)

Did that and now I have again access to Joomla :D
Well I've tried disabling/enabling a few of the plugins. I dont think I was disabling the right ones. So I went over to permissions in Users to try to only use `CB.
The error msg is now gone but when I click on send in after the new user has entered the info required, I am redirected to the joomla log in page and it says that "You have to log in first"

Quite confused..... appreciate your assistance.

Thanks :)

Please PM backend super administrator login credentials as well as frontend credentials for a user having this problem and will take a look.
