Have reviewed your install and your issue is due to you changing the Registered usergroup parent to Administrator. I've no idea why, but you can't do that. A user can not register as an Administrator; Joomla will not allow it for security reasons. Registered being a child of Administrator meant all Registered users would be site Administrators. That's a dangerous configuration and thankfully Joomla will not allow you to do it. I've fixed your Registered usergroup to correctly parent Public and your registration now works fine. If you need users to be Administrators then manually change them to administrators within CB > User Management as needed.

Edit: You also had all users set to be CB Moderators. I've corrected this to only Manager, Administrator, and Super Users.

Wow. Thanks!
Someone I know who uses Joomla told me that I needed to only use the permissions which, in this case CB has, and not use Joomlas to make it work. So, I was going back and forth between Joomlas and CBs trying to figure out permissions and that's prob when I ended up doing that.
Thanks again!
