Tutorial 23

I have been looking at the tutorial 23 all about the JCE editor integration.

My question is with regard to limiting the user access to the Media Manager and limiting them to the images/root directory by adding images/$id to the path.

I have found that when I do this it is also applied when I try to upload images as the administrator and I can longer use the full extent of the folders set-up in the Media Manager.

Is there away to do this so that I am restricting only access through CB.

Yes, you need to have different profiles in JCE and set them in the appropriate order also.
Suggest you post to the JCE forums as this is 100% their configuration environment and I might steer you wrong.
