That's probably the tab description for the CB ProfileGallery tab. In most cases the description shows in profile edit, but for CB ProfileGallery it'll show in profile view. It depends entirely on the tab whether it'll be in profile view, profile edit, or both. New tabs created in CB > Tab Management always show descriptions in profile edit and to output to profile view you'd use a Custom HTML field.

You create the tab within CB > Tab Management then create a Custom HTML field within CB > Field Management. While creating your new field place it on your newly created tab. You can also add the field to an existing tab instead of creating a new one if you want. Note plugin tabs in most cases do not allow fields to be placed on them.
