Edit your userlist within CB > List Management and under Columns you can specify individually how a field displays. With or without Title display it will always display the value as needed. Beyond that I'm unsure what you're asking, sorry.

But this is not a title demand
In a field: drop down (multi-select) I have:
Value = short
Label = long message with a lot of text
In the list, it’s always the label than appears.
Was it possible to show value instead of label?

Select value labels are always output. The value is used for storage purposes only. The value is used as label if there is no label. The only way to have what you're wanting is to override the userlist value display or using a Custom HTML field. You can override the userlist value display be editing your Field then under Parameters adjust "Userlist Value Layout" as needed. The problem is it's a multiselect and the only way to get the raw value instead of label is to use a raw substitution (e.g. [FIELD_NAME]), but then the multiselect values will be |*| delimitered. I don't really have a solution for you as your usage doesn't particularly make sense; you may want to consider not having a Label if you want the Value displayed.

I can solve my problem
In Field manager – “the field” – parameters – Layout - Userlist Value Layout
I substitute some value using

And it’s works
