Privacy tab visibility

Privacy tab visibility was created by bindcommerce
I set up privacy control for a tab:

Display: Tab conditional
If Field [my field]
Is Equal To
To [my value] - Translate Vaue Enable
Then Mode Show
For: Registration, Profile Edit and Profile View: Enable
As Direction Two-Way

When I edit my profile, if [my field] <> [my value] the fields in this tab not appair, but the name of the tab appair (empty fields). Can I hide also the tab name?

Set "Show Empty Tabs" to "No" within CB > Configuration > User Profile. You'll probably also want to set "Show Empty Fields" to "No" as well.

is already so, but this not work fine in edit mode

CB version? CB Conditional version? Bases off your parameters seams you're using an older release. This shouldn't be a problem on CB 2.x with latest CB Conditional as the tab is removed entirely from the query results so it won't process at all.
