[SOLVED] CB Conditional parameters will not display when I edit a field was created by bradley568
I have CB Conditional installed with the latest CB but when I try to edit the field the CB Conditional parameters are not there.

3.0.12 CB Conditionals is in use with 1.9.1 CB
