overview users info for admin

Hi,

How can I make a nice overview for admins to show of all members profiles?
To display names and some custom fields.

Main reason is to check if members update regularly

Have you checked out the user list functionality? You can pick the member groups that are listed, as well as user fields. You can make the list only visible to admins, if you don't want to show it to all users.

It's a core feature with its own entry in the CB menu.

No, it's a part of core CB. Within backend navigate to Components > Community Builder > List Management to begin creating your first userlist. In addition to the video you can download your documentation from the Advanced downloads section to help get you started with CB basics.
