Based off your console you've fatal JS errors, which is breaking CB Conditional jQuery and is why it isn't working. Specifically something related to "Pager". I've no idea what that is, but it's whats causing the fatal JS error. Looks like maybe some sort of jQuery based pagination? Try switching to default Joomla template and see if issue persists as it could be a feature of your template.
