[SOLVED] CB Mass Mail filter was created by autobahn
Joomla 3.3.6, CB 1.9, CB Subs GPL 3.0

How do I send a mass mail only to active subscribers (or those on a particular plan)? There are filter boxes (Group, User Status, Subscription Plan) at the top of the Mass Mail page but none of them are active.

As you're still on CB 1.x you can still utilize this feature. You need to filter User Management. Once filtered click Mass Mailer and it'll mail to the filtered list of users. In CB 2.x the subscription filter is not present so those wanting to do this on CB 2.x can't yet.

Thank you - that makes sense though I'd never have thought of doing it that way.

Seems a shame that I've discovered this just as I am in the throes of upgrading to CB 2.x, so I hope it will be in there soon.
