I want to override the Text, "Forgot login?" on the cblogin module. Is there a language variable that I can override? If so, can you share the name with me? If not, how do I override this text?
You should install the English CB language plugin before making any changes to language strings as changes to default language files will be lost on each CB upgrade. Please see the below for further language usage information.

Thanks for the prompt reply! I have Default Language (English) installed in the CB plugins. Is this the plugin you are referencing? I downloaded this plugin:
plug_language_english_en-GB_2.0.3.1+1a7afcd23.zip
Should I install this plugin? I do see the string in language.php. Is that file where I change it?

Looks like you're still using CB 1.x. You'll need to download CB19_en-GB.zip, which is the CB 1.x compatible English language plugin. It still uses defines so my above string is incorrect for your install. Once install you need to navigate to the English language plugin folder and adjust its files as needed. You can find CB language plugin folders at the below location.
components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/
