I see them as not logged in user: Access not allowed withOUT subscriptions.
That subscription that protects it does not allow to be subscribed by registration, so it is not offered. I checked that if you checkmark "Allow registrations" it is offered.

Super-admins and admins have always access to everything according to your CBSubs settings - Integrations - Content settings.
