Create a Joomla menu item to CBs profile edit page. Sorry, I've no idea what your issue is based off your screenshots; I don't see an error or a Joomla access denied page. The Itemid won't alter the URL unless SEF is on so you should go to the expected location, but the Itemid will cause Joomla to do an access permissions check for the menu item associated with that Itemid. Navigate to profile edit from the menu item on the CB Menu found at the top of your profile or through a Joomla profile edit menu item.
