[SOLVED] Captcha not working?

J3.3.6, CB 2.0.4. Antispam plugin 2.0.0

When it's trying to show the Captcha I see this message and then an error:
Resource interpreted as Image but transferred with MIME type text/html: ".../index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=pluginclass&plugi…am&action=captcha&func=internal&id=antispam_captcha&Itemid=3361&format=raw".

.../components/com_comprofiler/js/jquery-1.11.1/jquery.qtip.min.js.map (404 not found)

Looking in the folder, I see jquery.qtip.min.js, but not jquery.qtip.min.js.map

Also, the backend is showing the text Captcha, and not the code.
I've tried with both JPEG, PNG and GIF.
I've also tried setting it to 'Internal Question', same problem

Ensure the Itemid it's using, 3361, is a menu item that's public and published as Joomla menu access check maybe rejecting access to that URL. The map issue is fixed with nightly CB found below.

It's the CB Profile, and that is public, it still shows me a 'placeholder', and gives this message in Chrome:

Using the URL, gives me a text, but it's clear that it's actually a PNG.

My guess is you've a 3rd party extension loading in on raw format output when it shouldn't. Disable 3rd party extensions 1 by 1 until it resolves. It's working fine in all my tests across 3 different Joomla installs on both j2.5 and j3.3. Joomla system plugins could easily be loading in behavior on every page load that could be altering the header from an image header, which is set correctly on that endpoint (content type is not set to text/html). Ensure debug mode and maximum error reporting is enabled in Joomla global configuration as well so errors can output. Note GD2 with TrueType is required for the captcha to function.

I rolled back to a backup, I couldn't find the culprit, and it's working again.

Ahaaaa, the language.php for danish.
I had added a few strings to it, some of the ones missing, and I must've mistyped it somehow, that made everything go screwy.
