[SOLVED] Change Membership Renewal Date was created by dillydally
Hi
I've tried searching for this but regrettably I've not managed to find an answer. I would appreciate if you can advise.

I have a member that was set up with an offline payment on the wrong date. Is there any way that I can change this? I've tried in the payment section and in the basket (CBSUBS) but could not find a way to change it there.

Thanks

You can edit a users subscription within CBSubs > Subscriptions by clicking the # under the ID column. Subscribe, renewal, and expire date are all there and can be changed.
