1. CBSubs has always been included in Developer membership (as are all our templates.
But you can also purchase separately if you want.
2. CBSubs 4.0.0 RC1 has been released for CB 2.0+ and we are pushing nightly builds frequently in order to get to CBSubs 4.0 stable asap.
