Run all CB tools and see if anything pops up.

Hi Nant
thanks for your respond.
i send you the result below.
## Synchronize Users
Joomla/Mambo User Table and Joomla/Mambo Community Builder User Table now in sync!

## Checking Users Database:
All Community Builder comprofiler table rows have links to user table.
All users table rows have links to comprofiler table.
users table has no zero id row.
comprofiler table has no zero id row.
All rows in comprofiler table have user_id columns identical to id columns.
All users table rows have ACL entries in user_usergroup_map table.
All ACL user_usergroup_map table rows have corresponding entries in users table.

is something wrong with that.

many thanks
Heri

Are you using CB Auto Actions? For some reason your install is trying to map a usergroup before the user even exists. This could happen if you're using a Usergroup action on the wrong trigger.

Disable 3rd party CB 2.x plugins 1 by 1 to see if the issue resolves. If not repeat for 3rd party Joomla system and user plugins (do not disable core Joomlas or you could lock your self out of backend). You do not need to uninstall plugins or extensions, but just to unpublish them.
