When i update any user profile in backend, automatically any data field is filled with 0000-00-00 values instead of the desired NULL value.. This only happens if i update profiles in backend. When profile update is made by single user in frontend, everything works fine.. any help?

Why do you need it stored as NULL? It's storing as designed, which is SQL date format for an SQL date column type. Empty date will store as 0000-00-00 and empty datetime will store as 0000-00-00 00:00:00.
