Emails not arriving at moderators once new membership is paid and completed

Hi there

I have trawled the forums and I truly believe that all our settings are correct and we've checked the spam folder too.

Please could you help figure out (and fix) why our moderators arent receiving the notification for successful new paid membership subscription?

Joomla version? CB version? CBSubs version? Using Nightlies? Do you have admin approval enabled? If so do you receive the admin approval email? Have you tried configuring an email on the presentation tab to CC you or used CBSubs Emails to send an email to your self? Do emails in CB work at all (to test please try using CB > User Management > Mass Mailer after selecting your user)? Edit your moderators within CB > User Management and ensure they're configured to receive moderator emails. Also ensure moderator notifications are even enabled within CB > Configuration > Moderation > Send Moderators Email.

Yes as I said I have all the settings correct as per all the forum posts re moderator settings etc. I'll try the other test to see if email works in cb subs - I put all the version info in my support ticket but nick directed here instead - please see my support ticket too

Does email work in CB User Manager mass mail test?

Main test you need to perform is mass mailer. Navigate to CB > User Management then click the checkbox for your user. Next click the Mass Mailer button and configure an email to send to your self. If you don't receive the email try using Joomlas mass mailer to try and send an email to your self to see if Joomla can even send emails. This will let us know if emails are even working for your install.
