Is there a single, unified CB 2.x user guide or manual such as for CB 1.9.1? I am unable to find a link to such a file. When I click on the CB Documentation link ("Get It Now"), the link takes me to a page that encourages me to renew my Professional membership (which does not expire until November 2015).

New CB 2.0 documentation is in progress. but the following resources are already available to you:

1. Getting started articles
2. Each CB 2.0 backend page has a Help button that takes you to a help specific page for this area.
3. Our 42 Video Tutorials

Please provide URL to page with Get it Now that takes you to Professional member upgrade need and I will fix (guess we missed this).
