I have a CBSubs GPL installation (4.0rc1 nightly build from 1/24/15) on a Joomla 3.3.6 under CB 2.0.5.
All the subscription buttons under CBSubs look like the attached capture. The text of the button is too dark to see unless you are hovered over it. I'd like to change this behavior to some more friendly colors.
I'm not a CSS guru and I know there's a tutorial on overriding the template in CB, but I need some help in identifying what to change and where to put the code. I suspect I can use the override file from the CB tutorial and would be my preferred method if that will give me some level of forward compatibility.
Any help would be appreciated.

Your Joomla template is altering the styling of the buttons and likely the text. The rounded template is designed for Joomlapolis and provided as an example. The rounded template also is not CB 2.x ready so it's going to have styling issues that need to be fixed manually on CB 2.x. You'll need to right click in Chrome or Firefox then click Inspect Element to see what CSS conflicts are present.
