I tried that, no difference. Interestingly I registered my test users subscription so it was valid and the problem persists. I have another test user with the same subscription level and it works correctly. Any ideas? I can set the pwds for the two users, and you can see it yourself on the front end.

Also, I checked console for the working one, and I get the same errors, which is odd, as it lists all the additional child plans below correctly.

Hmmmm!!

If possible please clone your install, install CB 2.x, then upgrade to CBSubs 4.x. This issue maybe fixed already. I'm having a hard time duplicating it here. Please also PM backend super administrator login credentials so I can better understand your configuration.

Hi Kyle, I have PM'd you credentials to access the live site. If I clone the live site, what do I need to do to ensure CBSubs does not update payments, subscriptions etc? This is a 100+ user site, so renewals and upgrades occur daily.

Is there not a problem with CB Subs working with CB 2.X? I thought I saw another forum entry stating this!

thanks, D

You don't have to do anything. You'd be cloning the entire site, which includes the database. Notification URLs also won't be pointing to the cloned site so it'll be a safe environment to do whatever you like to.

CBSubs 4.x Nightly works quite well with CB 2.x and has been upgraded for CB 2.x. I recommend CB 2.x Nightly and CBSubs 4.x Nightly.

Apologies, I missed your update. So, to be quite clear: If I clone the site, the closed site can run quite happily with everything enabled, and nothing will interfere with the live site, paypal recurring payments etc? If so, then I will go ahead and clone, and upgrade CD/CBsubs to see if this fixes the problem. thanks,D

p.s. I would be cloning to a sub directory.

e.g. domain.com/test

The clone site will not receive PayPal IPNs. You would be cloning the file structure and the database. Yes a sub directory is fine, but ideally you'd do all of this locally. The idea is to test and make sure things still behave as you expect and to see if your issue resolves.
