On use of most current CB 2.0 and Joomla, tried to unban sample user without success. Tried Joomla user manager without success. Tried synchronizing users and saw this:

Removing 13 entries from Community Builder missing in users Table.

Fatal error: Call to a member function getInstance() on a non-object in .../public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/plugin/cbsubsgroupjive/cbsubs.groupjive.php on line 57

Unban sample user? Unban from where? Frontend? Backend? Joomla version? Your error is coming from the CBSubs GroupJive integration. Do you have CB GroupJive installed? If not then uninstall that CBSubs integration. If you do have CB GroupJive installed then please provide the GJ version. CBSubs version?

latest Joomla! version, 3.3.6.
Latest nightly build of CB 2.0 and most recent release of GJ. CBSubs I am also using latest ci release.

I unbanned from backend. Yes, I do have GJ; should I uninstall the integration and reinstall it? I kind of was thinking I need it.

That GJ integration error is happening due to missing user id. This is likely due to your users being out of sync. Now that you've ran the sync tool does the issue persist? Do not user Joomla user manager or your users will consistently go out of sync and will not have a CB user row.

Yes, that is where I get stuck. When I sync, I run into the error.

Uninstalling the GJ cbsubs integration did the trick. Reinstalled. All cb tools are ok.
