Front end editing was created by martynf
Hi,
I have several user fields which must be set to read only so the users cannot alter them. However I would like for example the moderators group to be able to edit these in the front end without having to give them back end access to the site.

This seems to have been done before in this thread: www.joomlapolis.com/forum/145-community-builder/194605-cb18--edit-user-profile-in-frontend

Could you please help?

Only way to do that is to use CB Privacy then set the edit display to moderator only under Integrations > CB Privacy while editing your fields in CB > Field Management. Then the fields edit display is only accessible to moderators.
