[SOLVED] Replace Captcha text was created by fransedo
Hi guys

I'd like to replace this text on Captcha and use instead "Security Question"
(take a look at the screenshot attached)

How can I find the constant to rename it?

That is just the default field title of the Captcha field.

Look in CB Field manager and find it and change its title to your liking.
